Partial Payment (Advance + COD) Policy

We provide a Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) option to offer flexibility and convenience in your shopping experience.

How Partial Payment Works

1. Initial Payment (Online)

You pay a small upfront amount of ₹99 during checkout.

2. Due Amount (Pay Later)

The remaining balance can be paid:

  • Online — via UPI, card, wallet, or bank transfer using the payment link we send to your email/SMS,
    or

  • In Cash on Delivery (COD) — directly to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

Payment Structure

Upfront Payment (Advance)

A fixed non-refundable advance of ₹99 is charged when you place your order.
(No percentage-based advance applies.)

Due Amount (Remaining Balance)

The remaining amount can be paid:

  • Online — through the secure payment link provided

  • COD — in cash to the delivery agent upon delivery

Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed only after the ₹99 advance payment is successful.

You will receive an email/SMS containing:

  • Order summary

  • Advance payment receipt

  • Remaining payable amount

  • Instructions for completing online payment (if applicable)

Delivery Process

If You Chose COD (Pay at Delivery):

  • You can inspect the package before paying the remaining balance.

  • If the package appears damaged or tampered with, you may refuse delivery.

If You Pre-paid the Due Amount Online:

  • No further payment is required at delivery.

  • Simply receive your order.

Cancellations & Refunds

Advance Payment (₹99)

  • The ₹99 advance is non-refundable once the order is canceled after 24 hours of placing the order.

Due Amount (If Paid Online)

  • Fully refundable if the order is canceled before shipping.

  • Non-refundable if canceled after shipping
    (return shipping charges apply).

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the order will be canceled.

  • The ₹99 advance is forfeited.

  • Any due amount paid online will be refunded.

Discounts & Coupon Usage

Discount coupons and promotional offers may not apply to orders placed using the Partial Payment option unless specifically stated.

The ₹99 advance remains fixed, regardless of discounts or offers.

By selecting “Partial Payment (Advance + COD)” at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
